Applicability of Pandemic Shipping Policy

These changes to our Standard Shipping Policy would be applicable, as long as there are any Local or National Government restrictions pertaining to Covid-19 (or any other Pandemic, or special situations), either in the originating location or destination location, which affects normal business activities.

Changes to the Standard Shipping Policy

The following changes would be applicable to our Standard Shipping Policy

 1.  Closure of Store : At times when our operations are impacted, we would temporarily close the Store to avoid placement of orders.  However, if there are any orders pending at the time of Closure, and dispatches are not possible, we would contact the Customers individually and arrive at a mutually-acceptable solution.
2.  Dispatch Date : We would not be able to commit any dispatch date, though our endeavor would be to service the order as soon as feasible.  In case of undue delays due to reasons beyond our control, we would contact the Customer individually and arrive at a mutually-acceptable solution.
3.  Delivery Date : For packages in transit, we would not be able to commit any delivery date, though our and our logistic partner's endeavor would be to service the order as soon as feasible.  In case of undue delays due to reasons beyond our / our logistics partners' control, we would contact the Customer individually and arrive at a mutually-acceptable solution.
4.  Spoilage of Food Product : If the product has got spoilt or not in a consumable form due to these delays in transit, we would handle the individual circumstances on a case-to-case basis.

Under no circumstances, the Company would be responsible for any damages, whatsoever, beyond the order value (excluding shipping charges, if any), when this policy is in force.
