Mor Milagai is a traditional condiment - which basically means Curd Chilly. It goes well with our humble curd rice. Deep fry the curd chillies and eat with your curd rice. Beware, too much chillies are not good for health - hence, we have added fenugreek powder in the preparation process to offset the damage chilles can cause to our stomach.
We have used the best quality chillies, dipped in home curd mixed with fenugreek powder, and sun-dried for 7-10 days in hygiene environment.
