Manoharam is a murukku dipped in jaggery sauce. Manoharam is prepared in Tamil Nadu in 2 styles - the Tirunelveli style and Thanjavur style. In Thanjavur style, thenkuzhal murukku is dipped in Jaggery sauce, and in Tirunelveli style, a separate murukku with unique ingredients are prepared and then dipped in Jaggery sauce. Both these styles are awesome in taste and very unique.
